(AUDIO) Brian Anderson Says Fernando Rodney is Lacking Fastball Command

Brian Anderson from Sun Sports joined Booger and Rich to discuss the recent troubles of Tampa Bay Rays closer Fernando Rodney.

B.A. told the guys that Rodney isn’t commanding his fastball the same way he was last season. He says that hitters are keying on his lack of command are being more patient at the plate, leading to Rodney’s unusually high number of walks this season.

B.A. also noticed some mechanical issues in Rodney’s delivery this season, including a double toe tap that he and his broadcast partner Dewayne Staats had never seen before.
