The governing bodies of golf, including the USGA and R&A, ruled to ban anchored putters on Tuesday beginning in 2016.
Golf Channel’s Tripp Isenhour joined Booger and Rich to talk about the new rule enforcement and what it means for the future of the game.
Isenhour says that the anchored putter is essentially a training tool that golf has allowed to become legal in the game. He also says that the best players in the game are going to be fine because they can adjust so well.
