Rays are in Toronto in the midst of a 3-game series with the Blue Jays. Fred McGriff made his Major League debut with the Toronto Blue Jays back in May of 1986 and played four seasons with the Rays.

Who better to discuss the Rays-Jays series than Fred? R.A. Dickey looked sharp in his defeat of Tampa Bay. Fred gives us the low-down on the R.A. Dickey knuckleball.

This past weekend Fred played in the Pepsi Max Field of Dreams with Johnny Bench, Ozzie Smith, Pedro Martinez, Frank Thomas, Wade Boggs, and other legends. And we love Fred for a multitude of reasons, one being his one-of-a-kind laugh. You can’t help but crack up with him.
