(AUDIO) Former Broncos GM Ted Sundquist Goes Behind-The-Scenes of the Draft with The Commish

By: Justin Pawlowski

As NFL fans, we all try to make our best guess for what goes on behind-the-scenes for NFL general managers during draft time.

Team facilities become Fort Knox and team plans become more protected secrets than Area 51.

Perhaps, we finally got to peak behind the wizard’s curtain when former Broncos GM Ted Sunquist joined Justin Pawlowski on Wednesday to discuss the workings of a general manager at this hectic time.

Ted Sundquist answered the questions most of us have always had.

What does a team’s draft board look like a week before the draft?

Do general managers intentially float false information to the media as a “smokescreen”?

Do general managers try to negotiate trades through the media?

Ted answers all of these questions including questions about the Bucs, a potential trade for Darrelle Revis, and about players in this year’s draft.

This is a must listen for football fans!
