MARION COUNTY, Fla. (CBS Tampa) – One should not mess with an elderly man who is in a rush to play bingo.

Security guards reserved two handicapped parking spaces, by placing crates in the spots, for two elderly women to play bingo.

According to a news release obtained by WESH-TV, an 84-year-old man drove up, moved the crates, parked his car, and went inside the building.

That is when authorities said the security guard ran after the 84-year-old and told him to move his car.

According to the station, investigators said that when the man refused to move his car he pepper-sprayed the security guard.

The security guard told police that he did not want to press charges against the 84-year-old because of his age.
