I believe the trade that sent Alex Smith from the 49ers to the Chiefs for two draft picks spoke volumes to how the Chiefs and Andy Reid view this year’s crop of available quarterbacks in free agency and the draft.
While the Chiefs made their move, teams like the Jets, Browns, Cardinals, and Bills are still uncertain of their future at that position.
Fans of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers have seemed to be split on their opinion of quarterback Josh Freeman. While Freeman has had some very bright spots, it has been his inconsistency that has been most frustrating.
I am still skeptical on Josh Freeman and have questions that I hope are answered next season, but in this podcast I explain why the Buccaneers should be grateful that they have Freeman as their quarterback for 2013.
