With spring training well underway, Richard Justice from MLB Network and MLB.com talked with Gary and The Commish about the wide open AL East.  Richard gave us his predictions for the upcoming season, including who he thinks will win the AL East right now.

Richard also gave a very interesting perspective on the James Shields/Wil Myers trade from this past off-season and how it can effect the Rays this year in the same way David Price did a few years back.
