Tampa’s Lowry Park Zoo is holding their first 2013 $5 admission day on Sunday, Feb. 24, 2013.

Several  times a year Tampa’s Zoo gives families a chance to cash in on huge savings and enjoy most of what Lowry Park Zoo has to offer for only $5 per person. Word of warning $5 days are extremely popular and are therefore packed.

Free extra parking is available on $5 day only next to the Tampa Greyhound Track. Free shuttles will run continuously from that lot to the Zoo between 9 a.m.-6 p.m. From I-275, take Exit 49 to Bird Street and go one block East. Park in indicated areas.

FYI – Most Zoo rides and animal food are not included in the ticket price on $5 Days.
