HOBE SOUND, Fla. (CBS Tampa) - A man has been accused of both urinating on a woman and pushing her during an argument.
Kenneth Lee Timmer, 41 of Jupiter, Fla., was arrested on May 19 and charged with battery, according to WPTV News.
Officers with the Martin County Sheriff’s Office were called to the scene, where they reportedly found an unidentified 27-year-old woman who was wearing a “white tank top that was wet and had a rank smell.”
She told police that she, along with Timmer and her roommate, were all consuming alcohol before the altercation.
While Timmer was making use of the facilities, the woman entered, and the two allegedly began to verbally fight.
“Timmer began urinating in the toilet then turned and began urinating on [her],” an incident report obtained by WPTV News states. “The urine struck [her] in the chest area.”
It was at that point that the woman allegedly called 911.
Urine was also found in the restroom and on Timmer’s shorts when police investigated the matter further.
