KISSIMMEE, Fla. (CBS Tampa) – A former Osceola High School teacher was arrested after the Kissimmee Police Department investigated potential sexual involvement with one of her students.

“[She is charged] with unlawful sexual activity with certain minors and transmission of pornography by electronic device,” a release from the Kissimmee police provided to CBS Tampa states.

Last October, local authorities were notified of a possible relationship between teacher Kacy Wilson, 28, and an unidentified 16-year-old male student. When the victim was interviewed, he denied the claims.

When the police attempted to interview Wilson, they found she had already resigned and moved to Colorado. CBS affiliate WKMG reported that Williams resigned in January of this year, after a career there that started in August of 2009.

On April 20, however, the victim told school officials about the tryst, and described the details of their former relationship.

“The victim also provided detectives with inappropriate photos that Wilson recently sent him via his cell phone,” the release added.

WOFL-TV found that Wilson called the student to her classroom, claiming he had left something there. When he arrived, Wilson pressed the student against the wall and touched him, before leading him to a school closet where she removed his clothing and had sex with him.

The Daily Mail additionally reported that the student was a virgin before copulating with Wilson on school grounds, and that she may have been involved with several other students.

A warrant was subsequently obtained, and she was arrested in Salida, Colo., on Friday.

Wilson is presently awaiting transfer to Osceola County, and will be held on an $85,000 bond.
