The Tampa Bay Rays Pitching Coach, Jim Hickey, joined Hooters Nation with Mike Pepper and Justin Pawlowski this morning from Port Charlotte to preview Rays Spring Training.  He also addressed the thought that the Rays could potentially throw six starting pitchers but quickly shot that idea down.
