TAMPA, Fla. (CBS Tampa) – Starting at noon on Thursday in a Hyde Park parking lot your growling stomach can be silenced by inhaling wondrous meals from some of Tampa Bay’s best food trucks.

This new food truck home is the parking area for Monstah Lobstah and is located at 1901 Platt Street in Tampa’s Hyde.

This food truck corral has been dubbed “Food Truck Square, will be the open for business 7 a.m. to 9 p.m. seven days a week starting Thursday, February 23.  Seven days a week there will always be at least six trucks every hour in the square.

Food Truck Square will have indoor seating and beer and wine for sale.

The first group of food trucks debuting at Food Truck Square will be: Burger Culture, Mr. Empanada, Tasty Stacy, Wicked ‘Wiches, and The Killer Samich Truck.

A grand opening party will take place on the evening of the 23rd from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. that will feature food truck’s: Maggie on the Move, Fat Tortillas Southwest Grill, Fire Monkey, Sinful Pleasure Dessert Co. and Whatever Pops.
