RUSKIN, Fla. (AP) — The Florida Highway Patrol has released the identities of the three victims killed when the SUV they were riding in overturned in Hillsborough County.
An FHP report identities the victims as 29-year-old Jesus Jaime, 27-year-old Abdiel Cruz and 29-year-old Eri Venegas-Zuniga. It was not immediately known who was driving the SUV early Sunday.
The FHP report says the car was heading north on U.S. 41 when the driver lost control of the car. It went onto the median and overturned.
All three passengers were thrown from the car. They were pronounced dead on the scene.
Troopers say the passengers were not wearing a seat belt.
