Best of Italian Food, Wine and Music Will be Celebrated at Ybor’s Fiesta Italiana
The 15th Annual Fiesta Italiana will be in Ybor City on Thursday, March 29 through Sunday, April 1, 2012.
Event attendees will experience the finest in live Italian entertainment, family activities, wine and the Tampa Bay area’s best Italian restaurants will showcase their food.
The Wines of Italy Italian Club kicks off the Fiesta Italiana on Thursday, March 29 from 6-9 p.m. at the Italian Club of Tampa. The evening will feature over 70 wines from Italy, Italian antipasti and desserts.
Ticket Prices: $40.00. General Admission Tickets: $50.00 in advance and $60 at the door.

Saturday in Ybor City’s Centennial Park, a day of FREE festivities and activities for the entire family to enjoy. There will be the annual Bocce Ball Invitational Tournament, the Italian Idol competition, a Homemade Vino competition and tasting, an assortment of Italian food along with the Ybor Saturday Fresh Market. Italian will be shown at The Italian Club throughout the day on Saturday.
April 1st Sunday Mass: 10:15am at The Italian Club
Festa Italiana on Sunday is the main and final event of this four-day celebration of all things Italian. The celebration kicks off with Sunday Morning Catholic Mass at the Italian Club followed by a Walking Parade to Centennial Park.
At the park enjoy the finest cuisine from over thirty of the Tampa Bay area’s best restaurants and caterers. Enjoy the premier entertainment on the main stage featuring some of the world’s top Italian headliners. Experience the excitement from the Grape Stomping presentation, cooking demonstrations and contests.
The Kidz Zone will have Italian costumed characters, children’s activities, amusement rides, magic shows and face painting. The final day at the park runs from 11:30am to 6:30pm and the cost is $5.
Alcohol: Beer and Wine will be available to purchase for those over 21.
