Best Chocolate In the World

We love chocolate, but not for a price tag of $35,000!

English chef Marc Guibert has created the world’s most expensive dessert.

A Faberge egg was Guibert’s inspiration for the pricey sweet. To no surprise it is said to be “made of high-quality chocolate.” Chocolate from all different countries in one dessert, our mouths are watering.

You didn’t think it was all chocolate did you? How about gold, champagne caviar, and a two-carat diamond! No, we’re not kidding. Look…

It is layered with champagne jelly and a biscuit joconde before being finished off with dark chocolate and glazed with an edible gold leaf.

The only down side is this masterpiece doesn’t officially make the record books until someone pays up and takes a big savory bite! This transaction is what guarantees its place in the Guinness Book of World Records.

Until then, New York’s Serendipity 3 Restaurant’s ‘Frozen Haute Chocolate’ (PICTURED BELOW) ringing up at $25,000 remains the sweet to beat.

We dare not ask how expensive the partnering glass of milk is…
