There are many sports bars in Tampa Bay. Some are ordinary and some are extraordinary. Here’s a list of  Tampa Bay’s most extraordinary sports bars. This upscale sports bar and restaurant is the brain child of former NBA star Matt Geiger.  Courtside Grille is one of the most chic and trendy bar sports bars around with 9,500 square feet of sports loving room. Both Locations have 32 HD flat screen monitors, including 4 giant 5×7 foot satellite connected cinema screens. Roy Selmon’s Restaurant and Sports Bar
A top spot for Bucs fans, Lee Roy Selmon’s offers great booth seating with many televisions for unobstructed views from every angle. Selmon’s is named after the Bucs Hall of Fame former defensive lineman Lee Roy Selmon.  The food is top notch. They have 4 types of ribs: St. Louis, baby backs, short ribs and short ribs mac ‘N’-cheese. Buffalo Wild Wings
If you are looking for a casual high-tech sports bar with great Buffalo style chicken wings look no further than Buffalo Wild Wings. Their 14 signature sauces will wow your tastes buds with flavor.  Try the shredded pork burger and it’s definitely an interesting and tasty concept. HD TV’s and sports trivia machines are everywhere. For more than 20 years sports fans have packed the Press Box on Dale Mabry in south Tampa to watch the big game or match. The Press Box is serious about sports, so serious they have TV’s stuff everywhere you look.  I counted 23 flat screens and 5 big screens all HD!  They have DirectTV’s MLB Extra Innings, NFL Ticket and NHL Center Ice. For local Tampa residents, Hattrick’s in Downtown Tampa is one of the best sports bars in that area to watch sports. No list of Tampa Bay Sports Bars could be complete without Ferg’s Sports Bar and Grill in St. Petersburg. Ferg’s is an institution with baseball fans. Ferg’s is just around the corner from Tropicana Field so the path, complete with its own tunnel leading to Tropicana Field is well-worn by Rays fans.  The menu has everything from Classic Nachos to a Philly Steak.
