FHP investigating crash that killed 5-year-old

BRADENTON, Fla. (AP) — The FloridaHighway Patrol is investigating a hit-and-run crash that killed a five-year-old girl.

No arrests had been made by Wednesday night. Kimora Samuel was struck and killed Monday night.

On Tuesday, FHP investigators impounded a dark green four-door KIA from the Mira Lagos apartment complex that matched the description of the car involved in the fatal accident.

Kimora and her 15-year-old aunt were struck by a vehicle that exited the apartment complex and drove away.
