Small and big kids can meet up with Santa just before the big night at North Straub Park in St. Petersburg December 12-15 and 19-23 from 6-9 at night.

Visits with Santa are free and cameras are allowed. Santa will leave promptly at 9 p.m. each night to return to the North Pole, so don’t be late.

The Park will be a glow in other Holiday activities including, family Glice skating.  No I didn’t spell that wrong. It’s a concrete pad with a plastic cover that’s coated in silicone. It skates like the real deal but it isn’t as hard…or cold. Family Glice skating is from 6-9 nightly. Glice skating costs $5 per person for 30 minutes, and includes your skates. Don’t forget to bring socks to use with the skates.

While you stroll along the pedestrian walkway of St. Petersburg’s waterfront, see thousands of holiday lights and decorations in North and South Straub Parks including the unique snowflake lights. Don’t miss the Giant Greeting Card display along Bayshore Dr. at Vinoy Park made by local teens at St. Petersburg’s Recreation Centers. Lights and decorations by City of St. Petersburg Parks and Recreation.
