TAMPA, Fla. (AP) — Police are searching after a University of South Florida student was robbed at gunpoint while sitting in his vehicle.
Campus police said three men approached the student Saturday night, brandished a gun and demanded money. The victim turned over his belongs and the suspects fled. The victim was not injured.
A university wide email and text message alert were sent shortly after the incident.
The investigation continues.
